1. Program
When launched, approved affiliates may receive commission for qualifying referred customers under the active commission schedule.
2. Marketing conduct
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, unauthorized trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, fake reviews or unapproved incentives.
3. Attribution
Commission depends on approved tracking and attribution rules. AlpineLayer may reject self-referrals, duplicates, fraudulent transactions, refunded orders or abusive activity.
4. Payment
Validation periods, thresholds, payout methods and tax responsibilities will be published before the program launches.
5. Termination
AlpineLayer may terminate affiliates violating program rules and withhold commission linked to fraud or prohibited conduct, subject to law.
