AI & GPU Acceptable Use Policy

Responsible-use rules for future AlpineLayer AI and GPU products.

1. Scope

This policy applies when AlpineLayer launches GPU, AI compute or other accelerated infrastructure.

2. Lawful use

Customers must comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations and the general AUP.

3. Prohibited abuse

  • Using AI infrastructure for malware, phishing, credential theft or unauthorized intrusion.
  • Processing unlawfully obtained sensitive personal data.
  • Using infrastructure to facilitate serious criminal abuse.
  • Running workloads that materially threaten the platform or third parties.

4. Models and datasets

Customers are responsible for rights and licenses in models, datasets and outputs they use. AlpineLayer does not warrant legality or accuracy of customer-selected models.

5. Security

Private AI workloads should use appropriate access controls, network isolation, encryption and data minimization.

6. Product status

AI and GPU services remain roadmap products until explicitly marked generally available.
