Copyright & IP Complaints Policy

How AlpineLayer handles copyright, trademark and related complaints.

Version 1.0Last updated 2 September 2026English

1. Reporting

Rights holders may report alleged infringement to legal@alpinelayer.ch or abuse@alpinelayer.ch. Reports should identify the protected work or mark, the allegedly infringing material and location, the reporter’s authority, contact details and a good-faith explanation.

2. Review

AlpineLayer may request additional information, forward a complaint to the customer, restrict access where legally required or decline to decide complex ownership disputes that should be resolved by a court or recognized dispute process.

3. Customer response

Customers may provide evidence of authorization, license or another lawful basis. Access may be restored if the issue is resolved or no binding basis for restriction remains.

4. Repeat infringement

Repeated substantiated infringement may result in restrictions or termination.

5. U.S. DMCA

AlpineLayer does not represent that it has a U.S. DMCA designated agent unless such designation is actually completed and published. If a formal DMCA process is established later, this policy must be updated.
